Daniel is a Columbia University-educated Ph.D. geologist and climate scientist. He has published in scientific journals and presented groundbreaking research at conferences from Baton Rouge to Bergen. He has taught earth science to students aged kindergarten to college. His science communication has been featured by organizations such as NASA, ABC News and FiveThirtyEight.
